G8 has a new opening for a digital marketing executive to support marketing and
online activities for the company (G8 Subsea & G8 Automotive).
The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for the development and
maintenance of our marketing resources, digital assets, and managing full scale
online direct response marketing campaigns across various industries.
The Digital Marketing Executive will be reporting directly to Head of BD and will
assist in the strategic planning for digital campaigns and marketing initiatives with
online and social media channels.
Energetic &Dynamic, digital marketing and have been actively involved in using
digital marketing channels, e-commerce platforms for commercial purposes.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop G8's marketing platform for leading Automotive Products & Engineering
- Monitoring & reporting on performance of websites, campaigns & digital projects
- Assisting with the delivery of a variety of digital projects including new websites and
online tools, e-commerce platforms
- Development of e-brochures and brand development of G8 services and products
- Updating websites & assisting management in Press Releases and e-commerce
- To implement and own marketing campaigns (including project work) that are
aligned to our marketing strategy and objectives
- To implement digital activities that is integral to campaign activity
- Management of external agencies and suppliers to ensure their work is delivered to
the right quality, on schedule and within budget

- Provide technical leadership to other engineers.

- Create documentation such as engineering drawing BOMs, technical specifications, test & risk management reports & design review protocols.
- Work closely with multi-discipline groups (Production, Procurement, Quality) and external partners.

- Independently manage concept and detailed layouts for complex new products in Offshore engineering and solar/wind systems.
- Design and develop engineering prototypes upon design & operational specifications and regulatory requirements.

Lead QA/QC efforts.

- Minimum Bachelors Degree in Subsea Engineering.
- Extensive working experience and proven track record in offshore engineering design.
- Ability to demonstrate extensive design and engineering experience and a competent understanding of industry standards and their application towards offshore equipment.
- Familiar with 3D CAD software and be capable of integrating and combining component and assembly models and manufacturing drawings in this software.

- Plan, Manage & Perform installation procedures of Offshore Solar/Wind Systems/Solutions; throughout entire process R&D to prototype to commercial production:
a. Lead team of in-house engineers in all installations.
b. Ensures that the site structural dimensions correspond with that in the drawings.
c. Conducts regular site inspections on quality and safety issues.
d. Monitors progress of construction and plan schedule for installation.
e. Ensure sub-contractors/in-house installers fulfill their work scope in a timely manner without defects.
f. Review project progress and provide guidance and advice for project team and help to resolve any problems with clients and sub-contractors.
g. Issue early warning of delay, on site access, advice site progress & progress claims.
h. Plan and oversee all dry docking of components of prototypes developed.
i. Plan and oversee transportation and logistics matters of multiple suppliers and monitoring progress of factory delivery dates.
- Ensures that installation procedures and associated calculations are in line and adhere to safety procedures.
- Ensures that specifications and norms related to the project are respected.
- Provides support to offshore operations with possible short periods offshore or on yard.
- Ensure Efficient day-to-day management of the installation engineering team and provide regular operational reports on general projects engineering activities, technical subject matters and resource management.

- 5 to 10 years of experience on Offshore Installation.
- Understanding of technical design drawings of marine engineering systems.
- Support standards and procedures for the Engineering and Operations Functions.
